1. Copyright:
All images, photographs & artwork are Copyright and will be retained by Shotts Photo Studio. It is illegal, to copy photographs, or allow to be copied, by any means.
2. Display:
Clients allow the photographers to display any images covered by our contract to generally promote the business by means of advertising, publicity material, websites, exhibitions, competitions, magazine articles, and other such media, providing that the images are used lawfully and without damage to the clients.
3. Licence & Coverage: Wedding Photography
a)Shotts Photo Studio shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. Every effort will be made to comply with the client requirements. Shotts Photo Studio's judgment regarding location, poses and number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct.
b)At times the photographers’ movements are restricted by a minister or official in charge: therefore photographing parts or even all of the ceremony can be restricted or prohibited. As may the use of artificial lighting. The photographers cannot accept responsibility for limited coverage in such cases.
c) Whilst Shotts Photo Studio shall endeavour to fulfil all of the client requirements, they cannot be held responsible for non-availability of subjects or adverse weather or traffic conditions which may delay the progress of proceedings, preventing the coverage of certain specified shots.
d) Any alterations made to the booking by the Clients once details have been confirmed may only be made at the discretion of theShotts Photo Studio.
4. Payment and Prices:
a) A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure our’ services for the day, with the relevant balance payable due 4 weeks prior to the event.
5. Cancellation:
a) In the highly unlikely event of cancellation by Shotts Photo Studio, or unavoidable total photographic failure, the photographers’ liability shall be limited to a full refund of any booking fees and fees paid. Re-shoots may be arranged if practicable but the photographers will not be responsible for any further costs.
If the Clients should have to cancel a booking within 16 weeks of the wedding date then a further 75% of the balance shall be paid. |
